WE ARE INC IN NORTH CAROLINA
We just got incorporated in the state of North Carolina, so the only thing left is for bylaws and charter to be written and then we file for tax exempt status with the federal government and generally, I’ve been told once the FEDS are on board the state is soon to follow.
